STONEEAGLE SPIN TO WIN SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES — UPDATED MULTI-EVENT VERSION (FEBRUARY 1, 2026 –JUNE 30, 2026)

1. Promotion Period and Participating Events

 

The Promotion begins on February 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (the 'Promotion Period'). The Promotion will be conducted at various industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and StoneEagle-sponsored events (collectively, 'Participating Events').

 

One (1) random drawing will be conducted on July 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Entries received during prior promotions, including the NADA 2026 Sweepstakes, are not eligible for this Promotion.

 

2. Eligibility

 

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and are registered attendees of a Participating Event. Employees of StoneEagle F&I, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

3. How to Enter

 

Participants may receive entries into the Sweepstakes by completing qualifying actions during the Promotion Period at a Participating Event. Eligible actions include completing a product demonstration, scanning a QR code and submitting a valid registration to receive the StoneEagle newsletter, or participating in a Spin-to-Win activity at a Participating Event. Each qualifying action results in one (1) entry. Participants may receive multiple entries during the Promotion

Period. All eligible entries will be combined into a single drawing.

 

4. Prize

 

One (1) prize package will be awarded with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $6,952.20. The prize includes a three (3)-night hotel stay at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, two (2) VIP race tickets, all-inclusive hospitality, Club Paris access, live track commentary and racing simulators, and VIP service. Airfare and transportation are not included.

 

5. Random Drawing

 

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on July 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

6. Winner Notification

 

The potential winner will be notified via phone, email, or text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry and may be required to complete documentation to claim the prize.

 

7. Taxes

 

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. A Form 1099 may be issued as required by law.
