QA Analyst III


Full-time: Forty hours per week  

Work site:    


3400 N. Central Expy., Suite # 110-228, Richardson, TX  75080. May work at various unanticipated office locations throughout the US. Position permits working from home office anywhere in the US.  May/can telecommute.

Job Duties:  


Design and develop test applications. Identify test scope, test risks, and test methodology approaches. Execute the test cases and scripts. Create and maintain test documentation. Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision. Work on applications with priority on accuracy over speed. Continuous learning of the applications to maximize service to clients. Provide excellent customer service with a sense of urgency. Evaluate reported bugs and enter JIRA items if applicable. Have a strong understanding of the purpose of our applications from the user perspective. Research issues as completely as possible and then provide alternatives for solutions. Provide recommendations to managers and the leadership team. Accept feedback from your managers, apply it and work diligently to improve and enhance skill set. Obtain as much information as possible on an issue you are unable to resolve to provide to team, manager and potentially development for assistance.  Share knowledge with other team members, and document processes to ensure we have multiple team members able to serve every client. Ability to identify and train successors. Will use the following skills/technologies: .Net, VB Scripting, JAVA, J2EE, JSP, XML & SOAP.

Minimum Educ/Exp:    


Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in ComputerScience/CompEng/InforTech/Engr/Related and one year of related work experience. Must have one (1) year of experience in the following skills/technologies: .Net, VB Scripting, JAVA, J2EE, JSP, XML & SOAP.



$95,000.00 per year
