Park Ridge, IL — November 18, 2025 — PCMI, a leader in the automotive industry, announced today the acquisition of the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit of StoneEagle, which includes their suite of highly regarded F&I administration products such as StoneEagleADMIN and FISCS, a move that strengthens PCMI’s capabilities, deepens its talent bench, and expands its service offerings for customers.
