Integration Manager - Retail

The Integration Manager is responsible for working with and managing all third-party integration partners (ie: TPA’s, Rating Aggregators, and DMS Providers) for StoneEagle’s retail applications. This includes building relationships with key contacts, creating and maintaining a certification process for all providers, gathering documentation and details for any new providers as well as testing and configuring all providers. The Integration Manager is also responsible for working with our Customer Support team to assist with any day to day integration issues and questions in order to efficiently assist our customers.
