StoneEagle F&I Welcomes Kathy Burns as Director of Client Success

RICHARDSON, Texas, December 28, 2020: StoneEagle F&I (SEFI) is excited to welcome Kathy Burns to the company as its Director of Client Success. Kathy will be responsible for providing leadership and direction as we work to elevate SEFI’s unparalleled customer service to even greater heights.

Kathy brings with her more than 30 years’ experience driving account management, sales growth, team building, and operational efficiency. Her experience streamlining operations and growing superior team performance provide the opportunity to further enrich the SEFI client experience.

Kathy has taken the lead in driving top-tier support for clients using SEFI’s SCS Auto platform, a leading F&I administration tool which today processes more than 8 million transactions per year for leading providers throughout the United States.
